SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Natural Products Australia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 1
– Orders
Deliveries will be with Australia Post at STD road freight only or via a Courier service. All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. Natural Products Australia does not insure goods in transit unless pre-paid for by the purchaser.
SECTION 2
– Domestic shipping policy shipment processing time
Currently we deliver to Australia and New Zealand only. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Risk in the product passes to you upon the product leaving the premises. Title to the product passes on payment in full for the product sold, inclusive of all delivery and freight charges. Delivery costs and times vary for different products and are calculated based on size, weight and destination. The delivery price is displayed on the checkout page. Deliveries will be made by either Couriers Please couriers or Australia Post.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you. Delivery dates are approximate only, they do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Natural Products Australia is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. No specific delivery times can be made. Any redelivery, or redirection of parcels will incur additional charges.

SECTION 3
– Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive an email containing your order confirmation, tracking and collection details once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
SECTION 4
– Customs, duties and taxes
Natural Products Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SECTION 5
– Damages
Natural Products Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
SECTION 6
– International shipping policy
We currently do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.
